Online Lifestyle Coaching

Online weekly or monthly coaching focuses around 4 main pillars of health; nutrition, movement, relaxation and daily habits.

Habit coaching with a difference - a personalised approach, group support, weekly and monthly stat review as well as individual macro, nutrition and exercise plans.

Monthly Memberships are available to focus on your health and wellbeing to build consistency and ensure you stay on track with your success.

Personal Training

1:1 Personal Training, 2:1 Personal training - exercise is specifically tailored to your needs and goals.  Whether that be Improved Mobility, Rehabilitation, Injury Prevention, Building Muscle, Strength Training, Flexibility or Endurance.  

Working with you to achieve the best you can be, using a progressive approach.

Ensuring you live longer and become stronger, doing exercise that you love. 

 

Techniques include; boxing, weightlifting, functional body movement and body conditioning.

Menopause 1:1 Coaching, Workshops in the workplace and Retreats

Having worked for the NHS as a Menopause Advisor to their staff across Hampshire and Isle of Wight I have a wealth of knowledge and resources to share.

 

I offer workshops and information events for employers and their staff to learn about Menopause symptoms and how you can manage them effectively through lifestyle change. 

 

Empowering employees and employers from Perimenopause and beyond, managing symptoms and assisting staff to understand how Menopause affects people differently. 

 

How employers can support staff to remain in the workplace, as well as how to reduce absence rates.

Education about the stages of Perimenopause, Menopause and Post menopause - living well through Menopause and beyond.

Exercise, relaxation and nutrition sections included to empower both your mind and body.

Menopause 1:1 Coaching is also available to help you individually with specific symptom management. 

 

Scientific and evidence based facts to empower you in your Menopause journey.  Personalised action plans to support you in discussing your menopause with your employer or healthcare provider.

What we stand for.....

The Health and Fitness Coach is evolving into an exciting well-being business.  


I’m a busy Mum of two juggling, work and study to become the best I can be.  I aim to support, motivate, guide an encourage my clients by working with them to achieve their personal goals.  


Born out of my own personal health struggles and period of illness I aim to help others to become fitter, stronger and healthier versions of themselves.  Health from the inside is a fundamental part of well being and lifestyle.  

 

Preventative measures to improve health and live a longer life using daily movement, functional movement patterns as well as postural imbalances are all of prime focus to me.
